Top Grade (A+) for Service Experts and there amazing Service Tech - Ricardo Aguera!!! Ricardo was the most Professional HVAC Tech I have ever had to work on my A/C system! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectfully. I am very happy to report that from now on Service Experts will be the only Heating & Air Conditioning Co. I will ever call!
I am very pleased with my new HVAC installation. The techs who installed it, Reybis Prat and Jose A Bolegan, were very considerate and competent. They arrived on time and worked hard to have everything cleaned up and running properly before they left for the day. The system has been working fine since they left. I would give them 5 stars. However, my rating is only 4 stars because Service Experts was lax about getting paperwork to me. I repeatedly had to request things which should have been provided, like a written estimate of work, a copy of the permit and a Certificate of Completion among others. Also, 2 circut breakers which should have been replaced when the new system was installed were not replaced until weeks after the installation even though the techs who did the installation noted that those circut breakers were not available on the truck at the time the installation was done.
Service Experts installed our new A/C unit. They arrived the day after purchase with our new unit. The two installers, Reybis Prat and Jose Boligan, were very professional. Upon arrival they made contact with us and let us know they were getting started. They had all the supplies they needed and jumped right into the work. Both gentlemen were highly knowledgeable about the install. They work efficiently and were done much faster than anticipated. They gave us instructions on how to use the new thermostat and system. They made sure all the returns were at temperature. Their expertise had shown throughout the day. We appreciate the clean up and attention to detail. They are both highly recommended technicians.

Super disappointed in Service Experts. The "Advantage Program?" More like the take advantage of their customers program. Crazy interest rates. A 10 year contract!? And it's impossible to get out of? Now I'm a widow stuck in a contract that my late husband signed up for that I cannot afford to keep or get rid of because they want to charge me over $5000 to terminate the contract. The worst thing is the only people who I can get on the phone are in India?!?! I live in Florida. Can't actually get anyone worth anything on the phone to actually help me. Multiple phone calls and supervisors requested. Nothing. My next stop is the BBB. If you're reading this, support local small businesses. Stay far away from Service Experts. They are predatory scam artists.
