We have been using Chris’s home watch services for four years now. He has done an excellent job keeping ahead of any problems and concerns that have occurred. We always know that during hurricane season he will make certain that all is in order at our home. He has made himself available when we have had to schedule repairs or maintenance at the house and is there to make sure the repairs are completed. He responds quickly when there is a problem or when we contact him. Not sure what we would do without him.

Chris is an excellent home watch person. Following the hurricane he made himself available with very short notice to totally inspect our home and immediately provided verbal, text and email communication re the condition of our home. His sub contractors were prompt, knowledgeable and cost effective. We have every reason to recommend Sergeants Property watch for seasonal home monitoring.
