We had a fabulous time fishing with Captain Eric! Everything about the trip was stellar. The boat was very clean, and Eric was fun, personable, and very helpful. He operates the boat very competently and safely. He took us to great spots where we caught a wide variety of types of fish, and he even accommodated my wish to see the domes at Cape Romano. We will absolutely book another trip with Eric when we are in the Goodland area! I wish I could give more than five stars because there was seriously not even a tiny thing to complain about. I highly recommend Sea Gone Fishing!
Captain Eric was the perfect boat captain for our fishing adventure! We were initially nervous about bringing our 3 grandchildren ages 2, 4, and 6 on the trip, but are so happy we did. He was professional, kind, and extremely patient with all of us! He kept his cool when we reeled in a 40lb snook! We have so many happy memories from our trip. Thank you Eric!
Captain Eric provided us with a great experience with his professionalism, expertise, and patience. We asked to be able to catch shark and he quickly zeroed in on a spot that proved to be lots of fun. We had an awesome time and look forward to fishing with Sea Gone again in the future. My daughter and I went out with Capt. Kevin and had a wonderful time! Kevin was terrific with my daughter, a first-time angler, and she ended up catching dozens of fish of varying types. She couldn't have had a better time and said it was the highlight of the trip. Kevin filleted one of our catches and recommended an excellent restaurant where we ate it for lunch. In addition to the fishing, Kevin took us around to see the dome homes, shell island, and some dolphin watching. It was really multiple tours in one. We're coming back this May and this time I'm taking the whole family. We can wait!
Kevin is the BEST! My family enjoyed a day at sea with Kevin on an amazing Mako boat guiding us to fledging nests of Osprey, sea turtles, the Dome homes, dolphins and 2+ dinners of Mackerel and Trout. He was informative, fun, safe. I will fish and explore with Kevin again and would recommend him every time.
