I was very impressed by Malory and all the time she spent listening to my desires and then making the right suggestions. I love my style and she even shared how I can blow out my new bangs as well. The attention to detail and making me look great was noticed. I never had someone spend so much time with me. Loved the experience as well the technician that washed my hair was very caring. She did a wonderful head massage while washing my hair.
I had an amazing time with Ana. She’s excellent with hair and wonderful to talk to. Very personable. I will definitely be seeing her again. I also had a fabulous shampoo (and temporary frizz treatment) by Karina. It was the best I’ve ever had. No water in the ears! I enjoyed chatting with her. Everyone was kind and friendly and I had a lovely experience. The pups are the icing on the cake! 2nd experience: Ana is top notch in all aspects of hair. The cut, the styling, the dyeing, listening to exactly what you want & nailing all aspects of it. So very happy with my look & her work. She’s the best! I also did a keratin treatment & it’s a life changer! We spent 6 hours together & time flew by. It was a great time & experience. They also have a lovely little rooftop outdoor space!
I am more than satisfied with my experience at your salon. I felt welcomed the moment I arrived. Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The service was fabulous. My color came out gorgeous and my hair never felt better. I will definitely return next year when we return. My stylist was top notch! Thank you!
As a newbie in town and after 25 years with the same master colorist/stylist, I'm so happy with the results of my first (but not my last!) visit to Salon East! Friendly owners/staff who work as a team and are genuinely interested in listening to what the customer wants and ensuring they deliver exactly what you request. Ana nailed my base color and the cut/style look fabulous! I've already made two more appts! Highly recommend!
Joann and her team at Salon East are exceptional! I had questions about ways to get good styling with a hot airbrush dryer. Joann took the time to show me. Amazing results! The color, cut and blowout - perfect. Not to mention a wonderful scalp massage and hot lavender neck towel with the hair wash. Thank you!
