Margo did a FABULOUS color correction on my hair! It was not blended at all and very patchy when I got it done the week before by someone else. It was styled a way I wouldn’t wear my hair typically so I did not notice till I washed it 2 days later. The salon fixed my hair FREE of charge! She took her time and was very technical with great communication. So grateful she took the time to understand what I needed and encourages me to follow up with how I am liking it during this next week. Her assistant also did a great job washing and curling my hair! Will definitely be coming back!

I Wish they have a zero stars, I was just there 2 of the hair dresser saw me at the lobby area no one even said hello! I wait for 15 minutes after they both saw me the blonde lady and the afroamericana hair dressers! So disappointed! Funny fact I called them one hour before and they told me to come! Lol they just ignoring me I think was because I was dressing super casual and they think the I can’t afford the services! After both looking at me from toe to head! So bad! The level of discrimination in this location is complete unbelievable! Please don’t come to this place they are many other places where ppl appreciate the customers!

I came into Felix Andrew Salon as a walk in not knowing what to expect and kind of in a rush. I can honestly say hands down this has by far been the best salon experience i have ever encountered. I was greeted by the lovely lady at the front desk and was assigned to a hair stylist right away, Taylor did a tremendous job with explaining all the products and did an even better job with my hair cut. When I thought it couldn't have been any better, I was proved wrong. Not only was the service outstanding but i got $10.00 off for being a first time customer. If you are in need of any assistance from a salon do yourself a favor and go see the professionals at Felix Andrew. Ask for Taylor you wont be disappointed.
