Our experience was 5 star. Drop off was on time in the window provided. The slide was clean and the colors were vibrant not faded. Pickup service was just as easy. We had the 18ft tiki one and it was great for our 4 year olds bday party but kept the 8 year olds fully engaged too. It’s fast!
I rented a bounce house for my son’s 5th birthday the night before his party and they were available to deliver the morning of! They came in and set up the bounce house where I wanted it and then came back the next morning to pick it up. They were super friendly and very accommodating since I booked last minute. I will definitely book with them again for future parties, my son and his friends had a great time!!
Very reliable and efficient! Booked them for Thanksgiving the day before and they reached out right away and delivered! Will definitely be renting from them again!
Royal Party Rentals was an amazing company to work with. I had a party which had to be rescheduled due to probable rainy weather and they gladly switched the date for me. On the date of the rescheduled party, they came early to set up the slide and it was ready to use within 15 minutes time. I had approximately 25 children ranging in age from 3 - 16 years old and all the kids had a blast. Thank you so very much Royal Party Rentals. It was my pleasure doing business with this company. If you want guaranteed fun at your next event, do not hesitate to give than a call.
Great experience. They came set everything up great and made sure we liked it before leaving and any questions. It was great deal and price compare to other companies in the area. The slide/bounce house was hit with the kids. They left the adults alone the whole party. When company came picked up it was great in and out. I will be keeping them for future parties.
