Steven M. and David K. Came to our rescue. we recently purchased a home and had no idea that the master bath shower drain was clogged with grout and debris. They worked tirelessly to unclog it and were very successful. We appreciate their efforts beyond measure. Both were very kind and thorough. Very responsive and came same day we called and then again this morning to finish the job. Highly recommend!
Daniel was great. He quickly cleared a tough clog and was thorough, making sure everything was flowing properly before he left. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and informative. The whole process was easy, and they were able to come out the same day. Highly recommend!
Steve M. came out to assist us and was able to locate the problem and fix it within minutes. He then took the time to show us the issue and how it was fixed, ensured that problem was the only issue, and walked us through how to prevent the problem in the future. Overall great customer service and response time, especially for a weekend and after business hours!
