We had a sink clog at the worst possible time—right in the middle of our Easter holiday with friends and guests over. We were celebrating, and suddenly the sink decided to take a vacation. I spent several hours trying to unclog it myself, but no luck. Eventually, I called Roto-Rooter. I’ve used them several times in the past, and they’ve never failed me. Being a Saturday, I expected to pay more, but the technician kindly agreed to charge it as a regular service call. Even more impressive, he arrived within 30 minutes—service like that is rare and exceptional. The technician quickly located the problem and had the drain unclogged in record time. Our Easter celebration returned to normal thanks to Dylan, the plumber, who unselfishly sacrificed his time for ours. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. They are a great company. Thank you for total satisfaction.
