Had my re roof done by Roman, all seemed good at first until they asked for the final payment several times when work wasn’t even done yet. As for the work itself, it is very poor with leaking gutters and crooked/bent fascia and drip edge all around. I recommend looking elsewhere if you need any roof or gutter work done.
RUN AWAY! Worst customer service, poor workmanship, and high costs. Leaking gutters and roof. Repeated emails, calls, videos, time off work, no one wants to call until the bill is due for incomplete, shoddy work. Salesman will tell you anything to get the sale but they can't deliver on their false promises of deadlines and quality. Missing transitional plates from the gutters to the downspouts. Pooling water in gutters. Improper height to provide effective water run off. Installed downspout to old incorrect spout running under a wooden porch causing water damage and wash out instead of full replacement as requested. Didn't use professional gutter tabs, just cut pieces of metal off old gutters. Gutter endcaps, downspouts, and seams leak. The cost of my labor, my time, and to pay a lawyer is more than the remaining balance. Over 1 year later the owner reached out to make right. He was very kind, apologetic, and additional work was performed. He treated me respectfully and was courteous.
Roman Roofing did a fabulous job on our re-roof. From the initial salesman interview to the final inspection, things went according to what was expected. The workmen were fabulous: diligent and hard-working. The cost was the most reasonable of all bids. Clean up was meticulous. I can highly recommend Roman Roofing for your needs.

The team was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. They treated my home as if it were their own, making sure everything was up to their standards. We have used Roman roofing several times over the last few years for roof repairs on a couple of different homes. We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and when it was time for a new roof they were the first company we called. Mike Glover was very informative, responsive, easy to work with, and provided several options. Ashley in the office was quick to find out the answers to any questions we had and always followed through. We decided to go with a metal roof and we absolutely love it. Reasonably priced and quality product.
