I highly recommend Brad for any AC service. He is incredibly thorough and makes the entire process easy by being friendly and personable. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to provide pictures of the internal components of my unit, so I could actually see the condition it was in. I was very happy with the quality of his work and will definitely be requesting him specifically every time my system needs servicing.

I'm always very happy with the service from Rocket Cooling but in particular, I just received service from Austin who was fabulous. He's friendly, extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I have asked Rocket Cooling to send him to me whenever I'm due for servicing under my Service contract or for any other matters.

We needed service when our air conditioner shut down. Garrett Smith was here within 3 hours. He cleaned and repaired our system and we were up and running in short order. Garrett also provided the information we needed to ensure that we didn’t have this problem in the future. Garrett is one of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians we have ever dealt with.We will be using Rocket Cooling in the future for maintaining our system and highly recommend them for their competent and thorough professionalism.
