Had carpet damage caused by a visiting family member’s cat. I called Robert who answered my call and he came out the next day, and was flexible to even come out earlier than planned as I got booked for a call at work. He was prompt, explained what he was going to do, including pulling padding from under the closet carpet to replace the damaged padding. The repair is flawless and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. Well done! Thank you!
I worked with Robert remotely the first time for every detail of the job. He was clear and offered many options and suggestions along the way. When I finally arrived the job was perfect and exceptionally done! I have just finished working for a second time with Robert.. he is compassionate about his work and has an eye of a tiger. More importantly he showed me and taught me many facts about good and poorly done work along with mistakes and cut corners done that were dangerous. Robert has a keen eye for design and I enjoyed running ideas back and forth. All in all Robert is a 10! His work is professionally done and impeccable.

Robert Cuevas was a delightful professional to work with from beginning to end. Initial contact and scheduling was very efficient. Communication before appointment was clear and efficient. He showed up on time and did impeccable work. Left the place cleaner than he found it. Explained the process before the start of the job. No doubt I would hire him for my next home project.
