I recently came here to get my keratin done and at first I wasn’t completely happy with the results. I’m not usually the type of person to call and complain, but the salon actually followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated that so much. I was honest about my experience and wasn’t expecting anything in return, but they immediately offered to have me come back. When I returned, Dilma assisted me and completely re-did my keratin treatment. She was amazing and knew exactly how to work with my type of hair. The results came out beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service truly exceeded my expectations and showed they genuinely care about their clients. I would highly recommend this place, especially Dilma!

I had such a wonderful experience at the salon and cannot say enough great things about Robert, Dilma, Alexi, and the entire team. Alexi was so kind and responsive when helping me book my appointment, which made everything so easy from the start. When I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel completely taken care of. Dilma was amazing. She was so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and made the whole hair spa experience feel incredibly relaxing. Her sister assisted throughout the appointment, and they were such a great team. The service, attention to detail, and overall experience were incredible. My hair felt so refreshed, healthy, and beautiful when I left. Thank you to Robert, Dilma, Alexi, and the whole team for such a special experience. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing and elevated salon experience.

I have been a client for more than 29 years. I had one hairdresser until he retired which was heartbreaking. I found another in the same salon who also lives up to all the expectations. Sara is a good advisor when it comes time to change or refresh. Sara is most talented as she listens to what you want, discusses and advises improvements. The entire staff is most professional.

I get super anxious with new people doing my hair and David did me right🤩. One of the best colors I’ve had in a long time and he made it blend so perfectly. Still dreaming of this color and walking out from the salon like this- if my hair days looked like this every day my ego would be inflated

Took my daughter in for the princess package and she absolutely loved every minute of it. Everyone treated her like a princess. I then went back the next week for my half off hair cut. I was then treated like a princess too. Jasmin is amazing and I thank her for her patience, kindness, and wonderful personality.
