Wow! Our pool and deck renovation is AMAZING! So happy we chose RL over the other companies we interviewed. Ashley took so much time and effort to find us the perfect materials and was there with us every step of the way. She’s the best! Rodriego and his crew of craftsmen transformed our deck into an oasis.The owner Rafael stopped in to assure we were pleased with the progress and again for the final product. Rafael and the entire team at Poolscapes earned and deserve top marks across all aspects of our project. From planning, design, through execution the work and workmanship were outstanding. Numerous detailed aspects were required to orchestrate a successful project—project vision and material selection, large patio tile removal and replacement, pool liner resurfacing, pool water line tile, large water feature tile removal and replacement, spa refurbish and new tile, outdoor kitchen, and more. Rafael provided many suggestions for the redo of our lanai deck and to refinish our pool. He suggested leathered travertine tile, a tile border, a 4 inch hidden drain and a hidden skimmer basket. When we asked for references he took us to a commercial condo building 6,000 square foot deck replacement and to a private home on Marco Island. Both projects were very impressive. We spoke to references at both locations that gave RL Installers high praise. The RL Installers crew is skilled and have attention to detail. We are very pleased with the results of our new Lanai tile and the refinishing of our pool with new glass tile and new coping. The new deck and drain solved a big problem we had for 11 years of flooding on our deck after a heavy rain. We are enjoying our new refreshed and updated outdoor living and entertaining space.
