Eileen and all her staff are amazing! The place I beautifully done and clean and organized and with the best toilet seat ( I Not joking you have to check that out) the treatments are wonderful and works magically and they treat you as the person! So unique treatment not just a number and anything you need to follow up from any treatment they are there for you!

I love this place. I have the Tshape package and have seen improvement in 2 months. I will be starting M-shape very soon. The Ladies are great and always so kind. Carolina is and was amazing today! I did a Tshape session and had a fractional laser. She's always so professional, kind and thoughtful. She really cares for her clients. She is consistent in every session. She walked me through the fractional laser and I left today so excited to see the end results. Eileen will work a package that is best for you, to get you the best results. And I am so grateful she did that for me!

Eileen truly knows her craft! I had a really good aesthetician in Miami, but I found Eileen right before my pregnancy and I have not done my botox with anyone else. She has helped achieve symmetry in my face and understands my requests. Also the botox is painless… I’ve had other injectors with very heavy hands. Not Eileen, she is great and makes you feel comfortable every time. Cannot recommend her enough! 💕

I really wanted to love Rewind Med Spa. The two young ladies at the front desk were very polite and welcoming, which I appreciated. My appointment was booked with Kacy, but unfortunately my experience with her felt very inexperienced. She attempted to extract blackheads, but the pressure was so light that I could tell nothing was being removed. I asked her about the HydraFacial, since I’ve had it done in New York and know how effective it can be. She agreed that it was one of the best treatments for deep cleansing, but when she began using the machine she struggled repeatedly to get it to work properly. When I asked if everything was okay, she simply said yes, but it was clear she was having difficulty. Throughout the treatment, there was very little communication about what she was doing or what products she was using — something every esthetician I’ve seen in the past has always explained. The HydraFacial itself lasted maybe 20 minutes, and when I left my skin didn’t feel cleansed, refreshed, or hydrated. It actually felt dry and dull. The most disappointing part was being charged $299 for a facial that did not meet basic expectations. Unfortunately, it was absolutely not worth the price.
