So I really debated posting this but I do think it needs to be said. I’ve been to this salon a handful of times. I went to Maria the last two times. The first time she did my hair everything was great. She worked on her birthday , I tipped $100 and spent I think close to $500 on my hair that time. I always do the upcharges and am a dream client. The second time I went to Maria I was being rushed out of the chair essentially. I had a bad feeling in my stomach when she said my hair was done processing WAY faster than it usually does. I can’t exactly say how many minutes but it was way too fast. She used a ton of toner to cover the obvious brass that was left behind from not properly lifting my hair. I noticed after the first wash how bad it was. I never complain and I hardly ever ask for something to be fixed but my hair is an investment and it’s not cheap. So I told Maria what happened, she didn’t take ownership of the mistake and acted confused but said she would fix it. I was so happy cause I loved her as a stylist but when I got in there she was hitting me with “well how often do you wash your hair” “how often DO you purple shampoo” and she took no ownership for the mistake and without saying it was putting the blame on me…. This was so weird. Everyone makes mistakes. But to blame the client and to not take ownership when she said she had years of experience I find weird. I got two second opinions, one was my hair stylist from LA the other my one from Indiana. They agreed upon the photos she did not let the highlights process. Maria in the future it’s just easier to own a mistake and keep the relationship with the client. Even with her fixing it (which I was charged for because I waited I think a week to say something) I still have brassy and warm tones from her rushing me out of there. I’m also gonna attach to the right what my hair usually looks like after a salon visit. I don’t want a redo, I’m going to another salon and I really enjoyed my time at red salon previous to the last visits and it really sucks it ended like this.

Amanda was amazing. She worked on my daughter and I both all day nonstop and she did a wonderful job. She asked all the right questions and did exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy with both our hair. I would definitely highly recommend her to anyone.

I am so lucky and extremely happy to have found a hair salon that meets my coloring and haircut needs on my first try after moving to Cape Coral from NY three weeks ago! I gotta say Angela did such a great job! She’s an amazing hair stylist and colorist. Very professional and with a sweet and kind personality that made me feel so welcomed and right at home. I highly recommend Angela for your future appointments at Red Salon & Spa!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My 16-year-old daughter had her first appointment with Amanda, and we are absolutely thrilled with the experience! Amanda was very friendly, welcoming, and made my daughter feel comfortable right away. She did an amazing job with the haircut, and my daughter loves the result. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a talented and professional hairstylist. Thank you for the excellent service! Highly recommended! 😊✂️

Amazing from opening the door to go in to when you leave nothing but a positive experience! Especially for curly hair in SWFL this is the place that will be exactly what you need! Highly highly recommend and I loved the free consultation so I could see if I wanted to go ahead and schedule an appointment with the knowledge of what’s in store. Definitely helps to reduce the stress and anxiety of having to use a new stylist. I thought the free 15 minute appointment was perfect and it was the first time I had ever had this option, nice meet and greet to meet a stylist you select to make sure you *mesh*. Full line and knowledge of ouidad hair products which are curly hairs best friend! It’s magic for curly hair and their website has cute how to videos that help too!
