Amazing service! Feel very comfortable knowing I have non toxic, eco friendly, no spray application. Greg is so kind and we love chatting with him. He has gone the extra mile already, and we are new clients. Their product is effective and works as well. Highly recommend.
The service tech named Luis was very friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected our house and found we had an infestation of white footed ants. He explained that it would take 3 more visits, every 14 days to put bait in the attic where he had found the issue, because of the type of ants we had. He was right and after his last visit our issue has been eliminated. I was happy with the entire process, especially since he arrived on time for all 3 appointments. I have now signed up for year around protection with Quality Pest Control.
We have used Quality Pest Control for a few years now. Greg has been our technician and has done a super job. We wanted a pest control service that wouldn't use harsh chemicals for our safety and our dogs. Quality doesn't make you empty out your shelves or leave the house for awhile. I highly recommend Quality!
I have used Quality Pest Control of SWFL for the past 14 years and have been completely satisfied with their work. James has been doing a wonderful job. He is prompt, very pleasant and we have had no issues with any unwanted pests. He treats the inside of the house once a year and treats the outside of the house twice a year. Thank you for your expertise and great customer service.....much appreciated.
We have used Quality Pest Control for three years and are exceptionally pleased with the service they provide. James is the individual who services our home, and he does a wonderful job and is very pleasant and professional. Once a year they come into our home and place their treatment into our electrical outlets, our attic, and outside around the perimeter of our home. Six months later they perform another treatment to our outside perimeter. We previously lived in Texas and had someone constantly inside our home spraying chemicals on our baseboards. Quality Pest Control makes having "NO BUGS" a much more pleasant experience. I have not had to call for an emergency treatment, but they do offer that service if we have a problem. Having no bugs is unbelievable because we have to put our recycling and trash in our garage due to HOA rules. I recommend Quality Pest Control without any hesitation. In my opinion THEY ARE THE BEST!
