I was a loyal customer back when this was Pioneer Pest Control and always received great service. Ever since they were bought out by Purcor, things have completely gone downhill. Their quarterly ant treatments do not work for the full duration of the cycle, meaning the ants return long before the next scheduled visit. Trying to get this resolved is a nightmare. They have switched their phone system to an AI bot, making it completely impossible to speak to a human. I have called three times and been promised a callback by the bot every single time, but nobody ever calls me back. It feels like a trap. There is no option to cancel your account online, and my requests for a cancellation callback have been entirely ignored. We have since moved on to a different local pest control company—one that actually picks up the phone when I call. Hopefully, leaving this poor review will finally get a real human's attention so they can call me back and cancel my account.

Our technician Jody and PURCOR have been wonderful to work with. They've been incredibly responsive, communicative, and timely. We have been having some squirrel issues walking on our roof for the past year or so and recently we noticed that they had gotten into our attic and made a home there. PURCOR came out within a day to diagnose the situation and provide a roadmap for how to help get rid of them. Our technician Jody came out shortly after to setup some traps. After the first follow up after that week, it had caught one in the attic. He then setup more traps outside and a few hours later one of the traps triggered immediately. We are having a party this weekend and didn't want the squirrel in plain view and Jody was able to fit into his schedule a quick swing by our house to take the trap away and setup another one. The process isn't over yet but they've been spectacular to work with and incredibly nice and accommodating.

I had intended on exclusion work for a 1600 square foot home + 1000 sq ft shop, plus fully insulating the attic and crawl space areas. After the sales rep specifically set a time I asked not to do, then we got it rescheduled, then estimator no called no showed until 4 hours later after I had confirmed twice. I will be happily taking my business elsewhere and letting others know how unreliable your service is. Unacceptable. Do not contact me with an empty apology, do better for your current clients. I will not be one of them.

I had a quarterly pest treatment performed outside my house while I was away, trusting Purcor technicians to do a thorough job in my absence. I've always found their team to be friendly, professional, and accommodating. When issues do arise, they respond promptly, but typically, their regular treatments keep spiders, ants, and wasps at bay. I appreciate their consistent and reliable service.
