These guys were great! Water heater was leaking in the morning called at 10 am and they were out with new unit and had it replaced and working again by 1. Very professional, high quality work. They were quick to respond, efficient and reasonably priced. Definitely would use them again! Thanks. Bill & Joanne Jellison
Prout’s Plumbing is always there when we need them, even last minute on a Friday. Cindy and her team are awesome!
As a condo owner, I was shocked to find that this company completed a basic repair without my consent — authorized only by the condo association — and then charged me $322 for a simple toilet wax ring replacement. This is an extremely basic and inexpensive repair, and the price I was billed is completely excessive. I feel taken advantage of and extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency. I do not recommend this company and urge others to proceed with caution.
WE have been customers for 20 years....so when it was time to buy a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal we went with Prouts because of the quality products they stock and work with. Cindy was very patient with us as we were changing our minds on the faucet type. She found the ONE that we had been searching for high and low for one month! In addition, Danny was fabulous with the removal, and new installation. And we had to have our toilets repaired as well
Cindy stated I would receive a call prior to the plumber showing up. I did nit receive a call and when I called and takes to cindy she said she tried calling but did I did not answer and therefore sent her technician to his next call. I asked why she did t try to call again in a few minutes or leave a voicemail she said she was busy and didn’t have time for that. I che jet my cell phone and there was no record of her calling. I rearranged my schedule to be at home all afternoon! I would never call this company again! Cindy stated they are a small company and she doesn’t have time to keep calling people. It’s no wonder they are small. Hiw can they grow with the customer service she delivers! Call anyone else but Prouts Plumbing!
