We hired Property Cleaners Of Southwest Florida last year for our seasonal rental and we couldn’t be happier. This is a family run business and you can tell they take pride in their work. They do an outstanding job and are very detail oriented…..arriving on time and letting you know when they’re done. Price was comparable to other companies which I thought was fair. We will continue to use them as long as we have a rental property!!!

I recently had the pleasure of using Property Cleaners of SWFL to prepare my vacation home in Fort Myers for my departure back north for the summer, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received! From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and extremely reliable. Andrea, Garnet, and their team went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless. They carefully cleaned every room, made sure the linens were perfect, and even took the time to send pictures, which I really appreciated. It was such a relief knowing that I could count on them to handle everything with care and attention to detail as I traveled back north. Andrea, Garnet, and the rest of team do an excellent job with our vacation rentals. Detailed, friendly, and professional. Communication is superb, rates are reasonable.
