This is a great company. They made us feel as though we were the only customers they had. On time, responsive and very easy and friendly to deal with. The job was wonderful and the end result, spectacular. A few issues with cabinet scrapes while putting our counter on but they were dealing with about 800 pounds on one piece. A seam we did not like but they immediately returned and corrected it. Overall. We absolutely recommend this company. Jason, one of the owners, will make sure you are happy.
Our experience with Prestige Marble and Designs was excellent from start to finish! On his initial visit, we met Manny, who stood above the rest when we were in the bidding process for our Master Bath remodel. He had a vision of what he could do for us based on our ideas, and he explained to us in detail how they could do the job. Pricing came back to us promptly, and after we visited their show room and saw their operation, we knew they were the right fit. They worked diligently every day, and the communication from Manny was excellent. We always knew what to expect, and he was very patient and gracious with any questions or concerns. Workers were respectful, quiet and very good at their craft. They tidied up every day, and kept the work area very clean. Overall, the project took a little longer than projected, but that was no problem as the quality of the work and the final result was much more important to us, and they delivered! They went above and beyond!! The owners, Joey and Jason were great to work with as well. They made us feel very comfortable and confident. They always had time for us at the show room, and were always in the loop during the project. We plan to work with Prestige again on future projects. Wow! Just a wonderful experience from Jason to start & Manny on site our kitchen had total a transformation all in one week, the entire crew during demo to installation were amazing. We had quartz installed & our countertop lowered to one level & we love it!
Working with Jason and Manny was a great experience. They helped us with suggestions in the field and the show room. The proposal was fair and clear all the work was done very professionally by all, both employees and sub contractors, manny was always on top of things. The work was always to the schedule they presented. It was very comfortable from the time we entered the show room through the last day spending time spent with Manny and crew over espresso. We are glad we did our kitchen remodel with Prestige
