I wasnt sure what to expect after a bad experience with another garage door service, but Kingston Garage Door Repair was a totally different deal. They installed my new opener quickly and were super easy to communicate with. No talking down, just straightforward help. They even checked in after a couple of days to make sure everything was working fine. What they quoted was exactly what I paid. Definitely keeping their number handy for future needs.
This is the second time we have used Precision Garage Door Service, and I cannot emphasize how impressed we are with their service. Late last night, a loud bang from inside our garage awoke us while we were sleeping. Come to find out, one of the garage door springs had snapped! We were unable to lift the 300-pound garage door, which was a huge problem, because we needed to use our car the following day. I called Precision Garage Door Service the following morning and the technician was at our house in one hour—yes, one hour! I couldn’t believe it! The service technician, whose name was Joe, was very polite and professional. He thoroughly explained the job that needed to be done and installed a new set of springs in less than an hour! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone looking for a new garage door, or service on their existing one.
We recently used their services for one of our projects. The estimator came out fast and provide the estimate quickly. The office personnel were very friendly and efficient and the installer was amazing. I'd definitely use their services again.
Love, precision garage doors and how professional and kind they are. They have always treated me like family. Tom came out to do a repair and was so professional and helped us make the best decision on whether to do a minor fix or replace most of the parts and have things under warranty. Everything‘s clean and sharp and working properly and very quiet. Really thankful for their knowledge and professionalism! I highly recommend them.
From my initial inquiry Precision Garage Door did an AMAZING job. The installer PJ was incredible. I have zero reservations in recommending them. Best quality and product I’ve seen. Great value. Plus I saved on my Insurance. PS I got A new hurricane rated garage door.
