Have used this company for several months. Trusted them to install a salt system and maintain our pool. We have had to complain several times and now our pool surface (pool is only 1 year old) is now scarred with Black Algae. A representative has been out a couple of times (he nukes it and tries scrubbing to his credit) but has basically told us this is as good at it will get. Pretty much an unacceptable answer as they allowed the conditions in the water to degrade to the point of permanent damage. And to be fair, the first photos of my basket and drain area are from Saturday, and the last pics are from today after the technician was at our house. I don’t understand how they could possibly leave it dirty like this unless they are intentionally being this negligent. Oh, and since we went in the pool Sat (didn’t realize how moldy the basket was) the entire family now has respiratory infections. Could not be more disappointed, this is probably the worst review I have ever given a company! Shame on them. I am going to have to drain my pool and resurface it. Thanks for nothing Pool Troopers, hope your CEO reads this.
Pool Trooper's has maintained our community pool for some time now. Ross, our service technician, has done an amazing job of maintaining our pool and hot tub. We recently experienced an issue with our pool filtration system, which required special attention, Ross handled the issue quickly and professionally. Our pool is wonderfully clear. Wanted to say how great our experience with Pool Troopers of Ft Myers has been, and a special shout out to our weekly guy " Paul", who is by far the best tech we have ever had . He's careful and thorough , and takes his time to get things right. You can just tell that he cares about what he does and takes pride in his work. The best tech we have had in a long time is Alex. He has been servicing our Pool at Pinnacle estates Apartments for a few months and has done a great job keeping it clean and reporting any issues. Best it’s ever looked.
Very impressed with how professional this business is. From the minute I scheduled an estimate visit, they showed up (10 minutes before appointment time). Rich explained everything that comes with their service, and as I accepted their service, he cleaned the pool. It had been a while since it looked that spotless 😍 The following day, Sarah came over and introduced herself, and let me know what day she will be servicing my pool. She made sure everything looked fine. Later on that day, the manager called and left message to see if I was satisfied with their service. Impressive!
