Garvin Skinkis of Plumbing, Electric and Cooling Nerds stopped by to perform maintenance on the on demand hot water heater they installed over a year ago. It is important to drain and refill hot water tanks yearly to extend their lives. A tankless hot water heater should be serviced yearly to descale the mineral buildup. Removing the scale that can buildup restores heating efficiency to the water heater! Garvin was great explaining to me how the unit works and how the descaling process works. I’m very curious how everything works and was not disappointed by his explanation and his meticulous work. I highly recommend Garvin, as well as the “Nerds” for all your Plumbing Needs!
John and Jose are literal life savors. They spent HOURS trying to get my water back on for us. I had a meter pipe burst due to a rooted tree and man these guys did NOT give up. John kept telling me he would get it and promised me I would have my water back. He kept true to his word and completed the job (that many other companies wouldn’t even take on). So hats off to JOHN and JOSE these two are excellent employees and should be recognized for their impressive efforts and representing the company how an owner would expect. My tech George Santiago provided my a quote for the job quickly and fairly. He was courteous, professional and extremely competent!! He did an excellent job connecting my outdoor kitchen sink. I would highly recommend Plumbing Nerds!
Plumbing nerds call before tech arrives, Zack was on time, polite, and had a great attitude. Tech was clean cut and looked very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.
They do great work and are fast but their pricing is outrageous! We were quoted $4,000 to replace one hot water heater. We got a second opinion somewhere else and the other company was able to replace both of our hot water heaters for less than what they were charging for one. Beware!
