I do recommend everyone to come to platinum car wash and detail really. Out of my mouth to your ears the best end to end detail I have ever gotten for my vehicle. Jamie was a detailing master! And Chris the owner couldn’t be a nicer man. They fit my car in on a Saturday and called someone in just for my car without me asking. I was so happy even though it wasn’t even necessary after all. We ended up changing to Friday. They went above and beyond. Jamie was so thorough and Chris was so kind. I will be back.

AMAZING DETAIL JOB!!! The inside of my car was extremely dirty and the team at Platinum cleaned the interior so well that it looks like a brand new car. Even has that new car smell! Great work ethic, professional and nice employees. So happy I chose to go here for car detailing and would recommend detail service to anyone wanting to have their car look fantastic at a good price too.

I wanted to really like this place but the quality of work i noticed on my Challenger once I left was not worth it. There was still dirt and dog hair all over the floors in the back. It was evident they did not vacuum the sides of the chairs in the front because it was still dirty and there were so many spots left on my leather interior which let's me know their products are not good quality. When I got home I ended up vacuuming my car again and wiping the interior with armor all. Id only go back because they offer a free wash with your purchase. A simple wash and vacuum would be the only thing I would get here.

Got to the car wash at 4:50. They had already closed. Their stated hours are until 5PM. I finally found an employee and he told me they were closed. (Duh). I politely said "your hours state you're open until 5". He looked at his watch and said it's almost 4:55 and they were closed. I had gone out of my way to go there as I'd just driven 5 hours on I-75 while headed to the Fort Myers beach area and wanted to get all the love bugs washed off my car. So I have no idea if they do a good job but get a 1 star for zero customer service/empathy .. especially when all I wanted was the exterior wash just going through the car wash. Note that I found a 24x7 automated car wash further down MacGregor where I was able to use my credit card and drive in while the automated car wash machine moved around the vehicle. It did a great job.

We just got back from a road trip. The front of our vehicle was completely covered with bugs, baked on and splattered all the way onto the roof of the car. They did an excellent job getting every bit of the bugs off. They cleaned inside our car and everything came out clean , shiny and showroom quality. I definitely recommend them.
