Great oven pizza inside the hotel. The service is quick and taste is fabulous. The pizza place has a bar and serves outside or you can ask for them to go to your room. Great place and fantastic taste.

Terrible food and service. The guy Mursel looked right at me and saw me waiting to be helped and said nothing. The croissant was crispy and the egg looked plastic. The cappuccino was made from a machine.

I have never met such a rude server.Just ordered an ice latte from the Pizza Cucina (Marriott Crystal Shores - Marco Island) and the male server, Marcel, kept saying iced coffee so I corrected him and said iced latte. He said it is the same thing which it definitely is not! He then took a paper cup (which eventually would get soggy from the ice) so I asked for a plastic cup. He got annoyed and said it would melt?? I informed him that they have always given me plastic the last two times I ordered it. He then forgot to put ice in the cup. He developed an attitude. I told him I have ordered this twice and they didn’t need me to tell them anything. As we were walking away he said something to the next customer and had a good laugh. This is not what I expect on a Marriott Vacation Club Resort Property!

If you like Costco pizza then go to Pizza Cucina. If you like crabby bar tenders who dont engage their guests-then this is the place to be. Great location on the resort if you want to over spend. Otherwise you'd be better off to door dash from another pizza place.

Pizza surprisingly good. A little skimpy on amount of toppings but that's the only complaint. Nothing like Costco pizza like one review said.
