🇺🇸 First of all, Happy 250th Birthday, United States of America! 🇺🇸 My wife and I have visited four different Pinchers locations, but this was our first time dining at the Marco Island locarion, and it definitely did not disappoint! We started with the Crab & Cheese Dip, which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The Boom Boom Shrimp was incredible—crispy, flavorful, and honestly to die for! I also ordered the Crab Cake Platter, and it was outstanding, packed with crab flavor and cooked to perfection. What really made our visit special was our server, Steve. He provided exceptional service from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Great service like his truly makes a difference. As a proud U.S. Navy veteran, I also want to thank Pinchers for offering a 10% military discount. It's a thoughtful gesture that shows appreciation for those who have served, and it certainly does not go unnoticed. Thank you for supporting our military veterans. 🇺🫡🇺🇸🫡🇺🇸🫡🇺🇸 Between the fantastic food, outstanding service, and warm hospitality, this was an excellent dining experience. Last Thursday afternoon, we visited Marco Island for the first time. We drove quite a bit around and we called many restaurants looking for a place we could have dinner outside with our 2 large dogs. I stopped at Pinchers, and I ran in real quick and asked if we could sit outside with our pups and eat? We were greeted by a very nice hostess who said with a smile on her face “ absolutely “; We sat outside in the patio, and Val was our server and took outstanding care of us. Then we met Joey the manager who came to check on us personally , we had great conversations, like we knew him for a long time before, and David another manager came and greeted us and pet one of our dogs, showed pictures of his pups and we shared many stories. Food was amazing! My black grouper was out of this world! Was hot, fresh and delicious The customer service we received was incredible. We fell like home. If you are looking to have a great relaxing atmosphere in a comfortable outdoor setting with multiple choices of great food and price with dog or no dog then this is your place! We have ate at Pinchers many times. Food and service have been good each time. Hot crab dip is a must for an appetizer! I love the shrimp tacos with fresh cut fries. The Key Largo lemonade is delicious! I love huckleberry and it’s not often you find huckleberry drinks or food unless you’re out west. Deep fried key lime pie for dessert is a delicious unique dessert!

We had a wonderful time tonight. Val was super hospitable and provided wonderful service. Calamari was so-so and felt frozen, mussels were great! Burger was good, as were the tacos! Crab dinner seemed… off and felt like eating powder and the shrimp scampi unfortunately had little-to-no flavor. I could see myself going back for a casual meal but probably not with the whole family. Thanks Val for shining through with the service though!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant thanks to our server, Jon. He was very friendly, attentive, and always checked on our table at the right time without being intrusive. Jon made great suggestions from the menu and made sure our drinks were never empty. His positive attitude and professional service made our meal even better, and we will definitely be coming back and asking to sit in his section again.
