After many problems wit the wrong tiles, etc. Phoenix Roofing on Marco Island Florida never gave us a "paid in full" receipt although we have copies of the checks, so our insurance company is dropping us! Phoenix Roofing of Marco told ABC Tile Supply that we did not play our bill although we did and the tile supply company put a lien on our house! Thank God we were able to prove to the tile company that it was Phoenix that did not pay the bill. That we paid Phoenix in full! So the tile company removed the lien. Phoenix on Marco has not given us a "paid in full" receipt, and because our insurance company is dropping us, I went to the office on San Marco Rd. The sign is gone, the doors are locked and the lights are off. An answering service is answering the phone. BE AWARE!

PHOENIX ROOFING ‘AND CONSTRUCTION’ company have been excellent all around for our insurance claim damage post Hurricane Irma . They took the pressure off us dealing with our insurance company with their experience! They are very courteous , polite , informative and professional and we would recommend them and their work for any job big or small . We’re thankful we chose this ‘CONSTRUCTION COMPANY over other ‘roofing’ companies . Top notch !!!!!!

We hired Phoenix Roofing to re roof our home after Irma and were impressed with them from start to finish. They were very friendly and helpful and completed the job when they said they would. Jared was very approachable and professional.

They will give you a dead line, 6 months after it passes they're still not done with a job they were hired to do. They owe sub contractors and employees money and don't pay. Did a roof for my mom last year and we never recieved the warranty for it. Bent over backwards for this company, even put my small business on the back burner for them, got them two contracts and they're refusing to pay what they owe. Kept being told the job will be finished on this date but due to the fact they can't leave crews alone to finish one job before they go to the next nothing gets done on time. When you call to communicate with someone get told no one is available. I know of 2 companies right now and their owners that are owed by this company that still have yet been paid. BEWARE of them.

NEVER do business with this company. Record keeping is non-existent. Ethics are a challenge. Work was done 18 months ago, never received a final invoice. After all that time they have the nerve to leave a ‘demand for payment’ letter in my door. The letter claims ‘via regular mail and certified mail’. No letter was ever received via regular mail. Lie. No certified mail notice was ever in my mailbox. Another lie. The next day I went to the address on the letter to make payment. No sign of their business. Turns out they moved a month ago. Went to their new office today. Made full payment and asked for the certified mail receipt for the letter they claimed to have sent. Didn’t have one another lie. They can’t keep their paperwork and bookkeeping straight and then have the nerve to stick a letter in my door accusing me of insurance fraud and threatening legal action.
