So fresh and so clean! The groomer Kim was so sweet and executed every detail of my dog’s groom that we discussed. My dog came out looking cute and clean as anything. The stylist was very attentive and understanding of my dog’s personality and needs. She was very honest and I felt very comfortable leaving my fur baby in her hands. My dog was a little anxious going in, but I could tell she was very comfortable when I picked her up. I have the Vital Care membership which makes this groom an unbeatable price. We can’t wait to go back!

Janelle is always amazing!! She truly cares for her clients (fur babies), and it shows. 💛 Milo absolutely loves seeing her and getting pampered by her! 🐾

Debbie did a wonderful job on my little dog Willow. Beautiful haircut and my dog seemed happy. Store staff were also very helpful. Recommend!

When making the same day appt. was asked if I could come before 10am.Was at the store by 9:35 with two small dogs.Jannell was on the phone and didn't look up.No greeting and a wait when another person came in with no appt. I went in store to pay for both dogs nail trims. Another wait while man with beard told me to wait while he rearranged bins at the front. Paid and tipped and went back to grooming area.Second dog stressed and had a contentious experience grooming. Couldn't wait to leave. Hoping for better result next time.

I take my dog Jersey in for grooming. Jenelle understands my dog very well, and does a professional job grooming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again Jenelle and personnel!
