Great experience, I loved receiving report cards about how my dog was doing while we were away. He gets separation anxiety and they gave him extra rubs and helped him eat which gave me peace of mind. Would definitely take him back!
I appreciate the kindness and love shown to my dog from the Naples staff during multiple half-day stays, leading up to a 9-day stay recently. I called a couple times to check on him and the staff was very in tune with him. I could watch him on the cameras (thru the PP app) when he was playing outside and inside. It warmed my heart to see him so happy and to see the staff engaging with all of the dogs…backrubs galore! I highly recommend Pet Paradise, Naples!
Took our dog here while we were at great wolf lodge. He seemed very happy, even caught him on the camera outside a couple times being extremely playful. The report card was extremely useful as we have never boarded before. He almost seemed like he didn't want to leave when we picked him up, but, he most certainly slept the entire rude home! Would definitely use this company again, hopefully all of their locations as are good as this one!
This was my first experience with Pet Paradise in Naples. I have a shy, tiny Frenchie rescue who is 6 years old and has never been boarded. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kind, compassionate, and loving care. Receiving daily report cards was so reassuring and comforting to this nervous dog mom. My pup came home amazingly groomed and re-acclimated quickly to her daily routine. Thank you, Pet Paradise!!
This was our first time putting Phoebe in boarding, and we were incredibly satisfied with the service. Being able to check in on her via webcam gave us great peace of mind! As a quick piece of feedback, it would be amazing if you had webcams in the sleeping areas as well, just so we could see her at night. We will definitely keep you at the top of our list for the next time we need boarding. Thank you again for everything!
