P. Garcia Landscaping began lawn maintenance for our association 4 years ago. It has been one of the most substantial changes we have made with a vendor to enhance our building’s appearance! Through his steerage we have truly transformed the landscape with a focus on year round planting to help defray costs of seasonal flowers . Gerry the owner is so in touch with the unique Florida water situation and has been the lead in selecting a compilation of plantings that look amazing year round.
