From start to finish it was a good experience. My ac unit was 13 years old and was acting up. I called 5 different companies with One Source Air being the last. I really had kind of made up my mind who I was going to go with but someone close to me insisted I call One Source Air. I did and when they came I asked a lot of questions and they were patient with me. After going over my options I decided to get a new unit. They took their time installing it and explaining the unit to me. Customer Service A+. I know I made the right decision. Just like that close friend of mine that insisted I give them a call. I’m telling you to do the same.
