Ocean Prime Pool Service is an absolute gem - the entire team is world class! Manager Rose is friendly, responsive, accommodating and fair with pricing. Likewise, lead repair and replacement technician Emelio is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, honest, ethical, diligent, efficient, and punctual. My pool technician Beto is extremely thorough as well which is why my pool has never looked better! As an added bonus, the price I recently paid Ocean Prime to replace my pool heater was much less than I had been quoted by 2 well established local pool companies. My wife and I truly can now rest at ease because with Ocean Prime we know that we are in caring and competent hands - we couldn’t be happier!

Great experience with this company. Emilio came out to inspect my pool pump and was very knowledgeable and helpful and Rose was very professional and friendly over the phone. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I was so happy with the service that I decided to move forward with them for weekly pool maintenance. Highly recommend

I've had a pool my whole adult life, here in Chicago and in Florida. Pool services came and went many times over the years, But I have really found a gem in Ocean Prime pool services. they are spot on with the chemicals and keeping my pool in Florida with sparkling clean water.
