Warning this company has been bought out by private equity. Unfortunately this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my adult life. Their inability to send out qualified technicians to properly take care of a pool is incredible. In 7 months we have had 14 different technicians on the property. And only one of them was competent and he moved on to another company.. we've had everything from them pouring liquid chlorine in when the pool did not need it, putting two gallons of muriatic acid in the pool without the pump running, to disgruntle employees putting chlorine tablets in the basket of a salt pool. There have been many phone calls to customer service to try and get it straightened out and to no avail it just continued. By the way throughout this process I found some test strips on Amazon for $5.99 that have turned out to be quite accurate and diagnosing them not taking care of the pool properly. This is all been verified by a local pool store that test the water for customers are walking the door. My advice is if you have a pool take a little bit of time to protect your health and investment and verify that the water is being balanced properly. If not it can shorten your life or the life of your pool finish.
Groves has just taken over, but so far, working with everyone has been a great experience. The transition has been smooth and effortless. Jayden, as always, does a great job servicing our pool and left an excellent review of what he did at the last visit.
Mercedes is by far the best. We have not had one problem with our pool since she took over the service! Very friendly and attentive.
We had a great experience with Groves Ocean Blue. They had the equipment we needed and Scott Jr came the same day to do the work. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. I will call them again. Thank you Scott!
Matt was great! He made sure our pool was spotless! Our water was all foggy and he fixed it, he made sure to answer all our questions! Great service would definitely recommend him if you have any questions!
