If I could give this place a Negativestar I would! In the beginning, everything was great with the company and then when I called and asked to be put on like a suspension . not cancel the service but suspend it for a little bit while I go in and have surgeries next thing I know I get an invoice for almost $500 telling me they’re gonna add 15% every time I don’t pay even though I’m not asking for the service I asked to be put on suspension months ago and no one will help take care of anything. No one will answer her phone. No one will talk to me in customer service do not recommend this company at all.
I have had this company 2+ years, I would not change at even a lower price. My home is 100 years old, No foundation, and with there service humans and dogs only reside here. Thanks Mike as always another great job on time in and out in under 20 min. With time to say hi to TANK. If my dog could review him he would get 5 Stars from him too.
Highly recommend this team. Had a termite issue and they took care of it within a few days. Robert and Keith were great. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I don’t like that technician Berry. I like our previous tech. Berry doesn’t webwipe and sits on his truck for 10 min. Then he talks to my sister telling them why the other tech doesn’t service that area and how they suck. This is not professional as I own my bussiness. Berry saying how he’s in there area because the previous tech sucks. I will be canceling as well my other family members in ft Myers and cape. We all miss our previous tech. We will all be canceling. Stay away from this company. Berry is horrible.
Jimmy was was courteous and very thorough. We thought we had a few trouble spots but he found more than what we did. He is very nice. Very good at his job.
