Received great a service as always from North Fort Myers Plumbing. Got appointment Quickly for malfunctioning water heater. The owner came first to check heater to make sure the right equipment would arrive with the tech and prepped things, Tanner was awesome - arrived within the scheduled time frame and explained the process, once completed he went over the workings of the heater and made sure things were working properly. Highly recommend NFM Plumbing and Tanner.
A huge shout out to North Fort Myers Plumbing employees. They were kind, professional, efficient and quick. I would highly recommend this company. Had them replace a shut off valve and check the other 3shut off valves to see if they needed replaced, they were 100% honest and said, nope, they were good. I had to call them a second time within a week as I had another issue. The same guys came out and once again, they were amazing. Professional, prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
I've used NFM Plumbing several times, and I will never go to anyone else. Their work is outstanding, but most importantly, they're reliable and trustworthy. Yes, I said reliable and trustworthy. It's hard to believe when someone tells you that about a trades business or skilled labor business, but it's a fact. They show up when they say they're going to, they do exactly what they say they're going to do, and you don't feel the need to hire security to feel comfortable having them come into your home. Most of us hire a plumber because we don't know enough to be able to diagnose the problem and do the work ourselves, so you're basically at their mercy and have to take them at their word. This is why I'm posting this review...from my experience with this company, they're very good at what they do and they're honest and trustworthy. I have no reservations about giving them my business in the past, referring friends and family to them, and they'll be my first call next time I need a plumber.
