We couldn’t be happier with our experience with New Erra Doors! From the very start, they went above and beyond to help us design the perfect custom door. They were so patient through the design process, taking the time to go over every detail until we knew it was just right. When the installers arrived, you could tell they took real pride in their work — total perfectionists. The door turned out absolutely beautiful and has become a real focal point of our home. What really stood out to us is their ongoing care. They’ve already been back a few times to fine-tune the door and lock, making sure everything fits perfectly. That level of service is hard to find these days! Everyone we interacted with — from the owners to the office staff — was warm, friendly, and professional. We’re genuinely so happy with the entire experience and can’t recommend New Erra Doors enough.

The whole team at New Erra Doors went above and beyond! They made the entrance of our house something we are now proud of. What was once a dark, forgotten corner inside our home is now a work of art. I have had the best experience with New Erra Doors. I am a local interior design professional and have not had much experience with door companies. I did some research and am very happy I chose New Erra Doors. My husband and I wanted a wow factor to the entry of our home and New Erra Doors delivered! From the introduction phone call to the custom measure and finalizing up with the installation was an A! And I don't give many A's in the construction world.
We bought a new set of front doors from New Erra Doors and from the beginning selection process with Shelby to the installation it was an amazing experience. Shelby was so knowledgeable and helpful and the installers were extremely professional as well. The doors themselves are totally awesome and the quality is definitely first class and exactly as promised. I would highly recommend utilizing New Erra Doors if you want the perfect doors for your home.
