Great place, comfortable, clean, and well worth it! This property was clean all throughout and included plenty of pillows, sheets, towels, and other items (board games, dishes/cups, etc.). The pool/spa are excellent along with the amount off deck chairs and other outside furniture. They have beach stuff so you dont have to rent a ton and other pool items. Great grill with spare tank. 2 other outside fire pit style seating arrangements with outside tv and mini fridge/freezer. Great spaces with 3 sectional couches and a nice dining table. All tvs able to use apps or stream from a device. Kitchen was great and nice size laundry room. What was great was the managing company was very responsive to questions during our stay! Things to note ... There is no garage (but i was fine with that as the place is worth it), have to pay upcharge to heat pool/spa, hand soap was limited but all showers had complimentary pump shampoo/conditioner/body soap, and there was small amount of toilet paper/paper towel (but publix mart is super close). Highly recommend this place (but dont book during the times we want to come back .. Insert smiley face)

This is the cutest house! In a beautiful safe neighborhood with well kept homes. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and riding 2 bikes there we didnt even know about! The hot tub is such a delight at night...gorgeous pool and yard. Really loved this house. About 30 mins from siesta key and lido key. Only 10 mins to bradenton beach/ Bridge st. We went to all 3. Such beautiful beaches wow. Like the carribbean. Will return! Loved it. House so charming, beautifully decorated with great lighting.

Was the perfection location to the beach and locations we wanted to see. There was the cutest coffee shoo we went every morning about a 10 min walk, then to the beach across a beautiful bridge about 29 min. We swam daily at the beach and in the pool at the house. The house was spotless and had all the stuff one would need . The place is on a quiet road with canal front to see all the different birds & aquatic life including the mantees .

We absolutely loved this home and would definitely rent it again in the future. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was incredibly easy. Some of our favorite features were the ping pong table, beautiful pool, outdoor space, and the stunning sunrises over the canal. However, we did have one major issue that was incredibly frustrating. The air conditioning was not working properly. After having this problem, we noticed several other reviews mentioning the same issue. My advice is to call right away and advocate for a technician to be sent out if you’re having trouble. It took us seven very hot nights (or our ten-night stay) to get someone to take our concerns seriously, and we had to make daily calls to get them to come out. Once the technician arrived, the issue was resolved, and we were able to sleep better for the remaining three nights. They did offer us some compensation, which we appreciated, and we wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. We just wanted to share our experience so that others don’t have to go through the same frustrating situation.

Perfect home away from home! We loved everything about this home. Kitchen was well stocked, living room area was comfortable for watching tv, bedrooms had great mattresses for a comfortable night sleep. But, what we really enjoyed was the patio both during the day and evening, with the outdoor kitchen. The manager was friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. Yes, we will return in Jan & Feb. 2027 to this lovely home, we take refuge in from Iowa's freezing temperatures. One last "thank you" to vacasa and the manager for providing great service.
