Last day of a family vacation and a little time left to try to squeeze some fishing in for our 14 year old twins. Lots of “two hour kids fishing” trips out there that just didn’t add up in my opinion. Tony offered up a three hour trip and came highly recommended from Mangrove Outfitters (local fly shop). Tony knew exactly where to go, where the fish were going to be, what they were going to eat, etc. He’s also really great at utilizing the time, so if the fish didn’t respond in the way he expected, a quick move was made and the kids were back to fishing in no time. Three hours is quick, but we all felt it was the perfect amount of time for what this vacation needed. Sea trout, Snapper, Snook - including this 40” toad, Jacks, a Lady Fish, a few hardhead catfish, and even a few mangrove trees were hooked! Tony also did a great job of explaining/teaching techniques, as well as including things that ensured more opportunities for catching. I/we highly recommend Tony! Oh, he’s a local guy, too!

I’m so glad we did this! Captain Tony was very knowledgeable and very patient. Everyone in my group had little to no experience fishing and Tony did a very good job of teaching everyone and showed great Patience. The guy is extremely knowledgeable and very easy-going. When I asked my family, what they enjoyed most about the week vacation they all said the fishing was the best. I highly recommend using Captain Tony for all of your fishing expeditions! I will definitely be using next time we come to the area.
