Wouldn’t take my can of paint because they couldn’t hear the liquid in it even though I told them that I had opened it this morning and there was liquid in it. The young man dented the can and refused to take it and told me to just throw it out. Ok no problem except when he dented the can it punctured the can and the still wet paint I had said was in there slowly leaked out of the can all over the inside of my car and I did not notice until I got home and when I opened the door to get the can the paint even dropped out onto my newly paved driveway. I haven’t had any issues with this place in the past but the staff was exceptionally unhelpful this time and made a giant mess for me to clean up.
Jason, Scott, and Nick were extremely helpful and professional. The facility is very well run and organized. Great experience overall.
