If you have problem with your hearing,there is no better place than this!!!! Luis is personable. Great bedside manner , talks to you like his own father , concerned with your needs, ..He has top of the line hearing instruments. He cleans my husbands impacted earwax every time he sees him. My husband adores him and won’t go to any other place except to Luis Valdez .. Lately he fixed his hearing aid at no cost al all . On top of that,he comes to the house 10 miles away after work to deliver the new hearing aid !!! No one can do better than that… .Go to him for all your needs

I have 15 years experience shopping hearing professionals in Naples & Collier County. I've owned almost half a dozen bte (behind the ear) instruments. Some good. Many bad. I can say from experience there are dozens of so called hearing professionals in Naples who will over charge u thousands of dollars with a smile and send you walking out their door with hearing instruments that do nothing more than obstruct your ability to hear. Hearing instruments that are out of date and don't natch your particular hearing impairments. I've had bad experiences with audiologists in Naples who've sold me devices that do nothing but make noise. If you're reading this review, fortunately for you, you can take advantage of the 12-15 years I've spent working with virtually every hearing professional in Naples Fl. I've had audiologists sell me out dated devices that I had to bring back in every week for almost 5 years trying desperately just to get them to stop making noise and work as they should.
