We originally contracted Jay (NPWP) to power wash our lanai and the screen. He arrived on time (two people) and did an incredible job. All Items and furniture was moved and put back in place perfectly. We were so impressed with his work, we asked him to do our entire outside home, excluding the roof. They did the driveway, sidewalks and all walkways. They completed the job in about 5 hours and everything looks fantastic! Pricing was great. They worked through each section and missed nothing. Jay is friendly, honest and clear in explaining each aspect of the job and going over options. We’ll be using him for all of our outdoor needs moving forward and will also reach out to him for any handyman needs that come up. We highly recommend Jay for all pressure washing needs and other outdoor projects. Honest, friendly, and dedicated to providing superior work and outstanding results. 5 Stars. A+ all the way!

NEGATIVE STARS CROOKS DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS AND LIARS! Do not hire these people. Worst company ever - they lie, overcharge and do a horrible, HORRIBLE job. They ruined parts of our lanai cage and screen, ruined my planters and got overspray all over my grill. They never told me about gloss versus semigloss or whatever and they made their own choice without talking to me about it. Then came to fix an issue and “mansplained” and argued with me. My husband and I finally just gave up and said fine to them and just wanted them to leave. Another Professional teal paver company told me my driveway and lanai are ruined but to let it wear off for a year then it can be fixed. There are drips on my pool pavers and so many other issues, too much sand, some place look like the sand was ripped out, etc. It looks like a child did it. Last but not least of their horrible job, they didn’t tape my electronic door lock and they sprayed it with the power washer- I have to dissemble it and dry it out in rice and change the batteries. That is just basic first time job things they should know! Again he tried to “mansplain” to me that these are outdoor locks and are meant to get wet. And tried to say he didn’t do it. He Seriously argued with me! Yes Dennis, I know, but NOT power washed… Horrible!!!! They also lied to me. Just do your research and ask A LOT of questions before you hire anyone, especially these crooks. I do not have enough space or time to go into all the nonsense. They also do not use the correct sand because they are lazy and not properly trained. Just don’t hire them and you’ll be fine! NEGATIVE ZERO STARS

I would highly recommend this company for future Power wash pressure washing for all your needs. They did my roof about a week ago and after they left, we had heavy rain which washed away some of the chemicals. I did call them back and they redid the whole roof For no charge. Great people to work with, and excellent follow up. Highly recommend them.

Jay really knows his stuff. Had him clean our driveway. Great job! He is also very careful not to blow the sand from between the pavers. We talked about his other services also. Will definitely use him again!!
