I purchased what were SUPPOSED to be three 2x4x12 cedar boards that were cut in half by an employee. The tags stapled to the boards (by the mill) indicated that they were 2x4x12... but they were ACTUALLY 2x4x10, and the resulting boards ended up being only 5 feet long. I discovered the error a week later when I went back to buy a second round of boards & noticed the new ones were longer than the previous week's (still unused) boards. An employee spoke to the owner, and told me the owner said I could bring back the first set of boards and exchange them for the correct size. I brought them back today, and planned to buy a third round of boards as well... and was curtly informed by the front desk staff that "they changed their mind", and that the employee who originally spoke to the owner "is on vacation this week". I tried to resolve the situation amicably by offering to eat half the cost of the boards ($54 of $108). An employee whom I believe was the manager (and who personally witnessed me being told the previous week that the owner approved the exchange) made it clear he had no intention of allowing an exchange or credit. The employee's open, unapologetic defiance of the owner was honestly shocking.

Frank, George & John came out today 11-29-22 to repair a window. Great work by everyone! Crew was on time for the appointment, repair was completed in about an hour & cleanup of the job site was exceptionable! All glass was removed & replaced without damaging the tile! Great job guys!

Overall, I was pleased with my experience. It’s clear they cater more toward contractors, but that being said, they have a wide selection of products in stock and offer competitive pricing. One suggestion I have is for the website—it would be helpful if it were more up-to-date, especially when it comes to showing current inventory. I had selected baseboards based on the online catalog, but was later told they had been discontinued. Not a huge issue, and I understand that’s not entirely their fault. Customer service was solid, and I really appreciated how quickly they load you up and get you on your way.

We use Naples Lumber for all our framing projects, and they never disappoint. Great quality materials, helpful staff, and quick deliveries. They make our jobs run smoother every time. Couldn’t ask for a better supplier!
