My new impact windows and doors are fantastic! The house now has a different appearance and atmosphere. The money was well spent. The product quality is excellent, and I appreciate that these windows were built in Florida to withstand the climate there. Even though the sliding glass door was a significant expense. I now believe it was well worth it. My walls had a few problems, but they fixed them without charging me. They were cautious about indoor furniture and outdoor plants. The windows all fit properly and operate without a hitch; there was barely any paint marking. I'm so happy with the work Naples Impact did!
I was worried that they would take my down-payment and put me on the back burner or even never show up. But as they promised they showed up at the expected time and accomplished the work in a couple days. The doors and windows look great and the neighbors stopped by to inquire about them. Money well invested and their prices were very fair.
Naples Impact is a perfect company for installing windows. It looks so fantastic in my home. I am so happy about it. I highly recommend this company.
Called and left voicemail, no response. Called again another day and finally someone answered. Needed 13 windows replaced - they told me they don't take any job less than 15 windows. Thats a hefty minimum. Good luck.
