My wife and I had an amazing experience at the resort ! From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing and welcoming. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and every detail truly reflects top-tier hospitality. What made our visit even more special was the exceptional service we received from our server, Tashauna in the lobby restaurant . She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect . She’s very attentive, kind, and genuinely warm. Her energy was so positive, and she made us feel valued the entire time, which we had her waited on us 3 consecutive days. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their service, and it truly elevated our experience. The food, ambiance, and overall service were all incredible, but Tashauna really stood out and also our bartender Jay . They made our time unforgettable. Because of them , we’ll definitely be returning after the resort is renovated .
I had an exceptional experience during my stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sammy. From the moment I stepped through the door, he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness really stood out. Sammy consistently went above and beyond — whether it was helping with small requests, offering thoughtful recommendations, or simply making sure I felt welcome every time I came through the lobby. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in making guests feel taken care of. Because of people like Sammy, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. He truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service he provides. Experiences like this are what make a stay memorable.
Don't go to this beach, and certainly don't rent the tents and umbrellas there. A small cloud appeared, and right after we rented everything, they took it away, claiming there was lightning within 10 miles. Not a single drop of rain fell; we spent almost the entire day with the tent closed after having paid $80 for the tent and two loungers, plus a $20 tip. It’s disrespectful and a total rip-off. They refused to refund even a penny—they are scammers. I do not recommend coming here. Plus, the staff always has a bad attitude.
After a long day of travel and delays , we arrived at the resort around 10:50 pm, exhausted and in need of a snack, especially for the kids. Although the front desk informed us the restaurant was closing at 11, we decided to try our luck. Tshaunaa kindly assisted us just before closing, even as she was finishing her shift, and made sure we were able to get food. We were shocked as we thought she would be upset as it was late , Despite the late hour, she was incredibly welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to see her again serving us at breakfast and dinner the following day, she’s an amazing server I might add, very funny and conversational , we told her they should award her employee of the month, she laughed , all in all she made our dining and overall experience truly memorable, topnotch service . Sammy at the front desk was also outstanding helpful, attentive, and informative. The rooms were clean, room service was efficient, and the pool was very relaxing. We even enjoyed a beautiful sunset during dinner. Overall, we had an amazing stay at Naples Grande Beach Resort, with excellent staff and a great experience for the whole family.
Excellent Conference Venue. The Naples Grande offers a very professional atmosphere with great food and top-tier service. The room balcony is nice and large with a solid view. My only critiques are that the room doors slam quite loudly and I’d prefer a walk-in shower over the (giant) oversized bathtub to save space. To the Beach is very walkable! There is a scenic boardwalk to the sand, or you can take the free trolley which is a nice perk. Overall, a very high-class experience with a staff that really takes care of you.
