We rented a beach tent online and it was dropped off bright and early the following morning. Overall it was a smooth experience with excellent communication from Crystal. Highly recommend for all your beach needs!!
1. Excellent service and quality; Crystal is very responsive and accommodating. 2. Rented a Shibumi and four low backpack chairs. They were brand new, clean and perfect for our trek from the house to the beach. 3. Perfect if staying at Onslow Beach on Camp Lejeune. Crystal met us at one of the gates for an easy drop-off/pick-up at a time convenient for us—service I know I wouldn’t have gotten elsewhere. Highly recommend!
The owners were incredibly accommodating and delivered our rental items very quickly. We booked our items in short notice but they were still able to meet our needs. The items were all in great condition and it helped make our beach trip a very comfortable experience!
Had a great experience using this service! We rented a Shibumi Sun Shade(suuuuper easy to set up and takedown!!) Will certainly recommend them to anyone who comes to surf city and needs beach gear rental! It was awesome not having to go anywhere for pickup/drop off since they do it for you at your doorstep! Price was so affordable too and by far better than the other rental places!
Prompt with the delivery of a shibumi. Our umbrella from home broke the day before and with a family of 7 we needed something big and easy to provide some shade! It did the trick! Thanks so much! Will definitely use this rental company on Topsail Island again and again!
