This is a ZERO Star post. There seems to be a growing number of companies that think paying their bills is optional. Let me be clear: when you hire a crane company, you’re not just renting a piece of equipment. You’re paying for highly trained operators, expensive equipment, insurance, permits, fuel, maintenance, transportation, and years of experience. We show up when we say we will, perform the work safely, and complete the job as agreed. What is absolutely unacceptable is when a company happily accepts the service, benefits from the work, cashes their own customer’s check, and then decides to ignore the invoice they owe. That’s not a misunderstanding. That’s not a paperwork issue. That’s a lack of integrity. The construction industry is built on trust, accountability, and honoring your commitments. If you expect contractors to perform their obligations, then you should have enough respect to perform yours. We work too hard and invest too much to chase people for money they’ve already agreed to pay. If your business model depends on delaying, dodging, or ignoring legitimate invoices, don’t expect sympathy when your reputation catches up with you. Pay your bills. Honor your word. First, I’d like to start by saying my sons and I came highly recommended to me. Gordon quickly and efficiently completed my estimate. From this point I just needed to wait for the contract. The contract arrived with errors and was not quickly addressed by Javier; the owner. Danisse from the office has been a disaster. She fails to answer the phone, call or text in a timely manner. She seems to know nothing of the fumigation process. I had to let her know that I hadn’t receive a link to make the final payment. Patrick and the team who placed the tent on the house were fantastic and the best part of My Sons & I. Too bad, with some proper management and service in place, this company should be dominating the extermination business in South Florida. Just because its family doesn’t make it the best hire.

They made this stressful experience of tenting for termites a smooth transition that went well . I’m especially impressed with Gordon who was very caring , skilled and communicative despite being swamped . Thank you so much for being reliable and helpful throughout the entire process! I went into crazy preparation mode before and rigid cleaning up after , so I’m truly grateful that it’s over with . I’ve seen zero activity, so I’m confident it’s been a very successful extermination.
