I’ve used this company several times now and it’s been 5 star service every time. I have 5 children and this gives us so much bang for our buck! We always get the pirate bounce house/water slide. I highly recommend this one if your party is during the hotter seasons. They’re always on time, quick set up, and very easy to work with when it comes to scheduling.
Had a great experience with this company. Got exactly what what we ordered at a reasonable price. Communication was excellent. Right on time for delivery and pickup. The bounce and wet slide made my four year olds party a great success even though it rained. Couldn't be happier
Great service! Made a reservation with another company. When I hadn’t heard from them on Friday afternoon I called, they had lost my reservation and treated me very rudely. Fearing I wouldn’t have a slide show up, I reached Dave at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Dave helped me out with a water slide for the next day. The crew was on time the next morning and had the slide setup and ready for my party. They came through in a pinch, saved the day and everyone had a blast! Thanks for all your help, I will definitely be using them in the future. Beware of the companies that aren’t set up to receive Google reviews. This is how they hide their terrible service from the public!
Unprofessional. His crew walk into my house one day before the contract and without any explanation pull the cord throw my bedroom room and took the slide. He refused to talk to be using words like F...k. He charger 320 dollars for a service that interrupted. My daughter's 15th birthday was stop by this man's company.
Moonwalk and more saved our kids bday party. Overly helpful and very professional!!! Used them several several times and not one complaint!!! Would recommend to ANYONE.
