The machine made great copies and was easy to use. Quicker than waiting for the store associates to manually cut keys too. That being said, holy cow does the KeyHero phone app and website UI need work. It’s bad. The system won’t import one of my keys from when I made the virtual backup. I still get email address verification emails on a regular basis despite having verified already.
Key did not work, refund issued. Online refund was requested. Followed up with a call 48 hours later after no acknowledgment or response from the online request which was responded to about 4-6 hrs after the follow up call. Suggest calling if a refund is needed as opposed to attempting it online.
This was my first time using Minute Key and right from the start, I liked it. It was easy to use the screen instructions were very good…AND all the keys worked in the locks! Not only would I recommend Minute Key but I’m looking for keys to make just to use it again!
I had 10 keys made at $4 per key and only 2 worked!!!!! I had to go to Ace Hardware to have them remade. I’m trying to figure out if I can get a refund? Do not use unless you want junk
Reason for my one star only review is that first of all, the keys (3 copies) did not fit and secondly, the machine says a new key in one minute but it's more like 3 minutes per key.
