I had booked the Polynesian paradise and it was worth every penny. The staff here is so nice and welcoming. I felt really comfortable. And my massage was amazing. I had Dorina for my entire experience and I must say, it’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this spa. And the price for what you get is so good!!

My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to an impromptu spa day while on vacation in Fort Myers, and we’re so glad we chose Mila Spa. We booked a couples 90-minute massage, added a 15-minute head massage, and even tried a facial add-on—something neither of us had experienced before. From start to finish, the experience was incredible. Our massage therapists, Ingrid and Nancy, were friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They made us feel completely at ease, and the sessions were both deeply relaxing and thoughtfully tailored to our needs. Our estheticians, Devin and Daliz, were just as wonderful. They took the time to explain everything and made our first facial experience comfortable, refreshing, and genuinely enjoyable. The entire staff created a welcoming and calming atmosphere that made our visit truly special. We would absolutely return to Mila Spa the next time we’re in Fort Myers and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier spa experience.

I had the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had! Dorina was wonderful. She’s so knowledgeable and skilled, this was literally a physical therapy experience. I went to my appointment feeling a lot of pain and walked out with immense relief! Highly recommend Dorina and I look forward to future massages by this sweet woman with an angelic touch 😁

I had a 90-minute therapeutic massage with Jenna Z today and once again left thinking, “Why do I wait so long between appointments?” Jenna truly listens and tailors each session to exactly what your body needs. Her work is confident, intentional, and incredibly effective. She blends focused therapeutic techniques with a flow that allows you to fully relax, so you leave feeling both structurally better and deeply restored. Her space is clean, calm, and welcoming, and her professionalism makes it easy to trust and unwind. I have received a lot of bodywork over the years, and Jenna consistently gives me one of the best massages I have ever experienced. I highly recommend booking with her. You will be glad you did.

Jeff (Jephte) was amazing! I had a 90 minute therapeutic massage with a back scrub add-on. I was so impressed with his professionalism and skills at knowing exactly the pressure points I needed and where. I’ve had pain in my shoulder and scapula for years. My range of motion is even better today! His draping skills kept me super comfortable & the back scrub was so nice! I’ve never had that service before & will definitely be adding it from now on. Loved every minute of my appointment. Thank you Jeff! 👏👏👏👏
