I have had this company out twice to our house. We have a manufactured home and they are able to do inside and outside work. The lady is wonderful who picks up the phone and I knew right away in first trying them that they would be good because of her. Matt has been our guy and we really like him. I request him and they always are very accommodating. Thank you that we can trust you to do our plumbing needs!

I needed to replace the cartridge in our kitchen faucet so I called Mike's, where I have a contract. Matt came out and did a nice job replacing the cartridge. The bill came to $400, less my 10% discount, and Matt was at the house for approximately 1 1/2 hours. I had the part so there was no part included in the bill. After Matt left, I began to think the bill was high so I called the office and they agreed to reduce the bill by $100, "since I was a good customer". I thought this was resolved and appreciated the goodwill shown by the company. However, I just received a call from Matt who wasn't too pleased with the decision by the office and told me he intercepted the check and I wouldn't be receiving the refund. I never questioned Matt's integrity on this bill. $400 to replace the cartridge in the kitchen faucet (it was a relatively easy procedure, according to Rohl) just didn't seem right . To agree to provide a partial refund and then have the plumber call me to let me know "he intercepted the check" surprised me, to say the least.. Since I've previously given Mike's and Matt 5 stars, I thought I should also provide a review on how this was handled. What began as a positive customer experience ended up with a lost customer! PS-I told Matt to keep the $100. It's now been two weeks since the response to my review--no check for $100.

We had our electric water heater replaced and some valve work done. Ciarán was friendly, professional, did a clean and thorough job. Would highly recommend Mike’s Plumbing.

I would highly recommend this plumbing business. I called and they were able to schedule my appointment the same day. Denis arrived promptly - so polite and knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed the plumbing issue, called for parts and my system was fixed within a few hours. I do believe that my hot water tank and circulating pump is working far better than my system I had. I would completely recommend Mikes Plumbing!

5 stars is not enough for the phenomenal and extremely professional service provided by Ciaran (the plumbing technician) and Susan (the dispatcher and scheduler) from Mike's Plumbing! They were both excellent to work with and their attention to detail was incredible! Ciaran was very thorough and provided excellent insight by locating and detailing the root issue that was causing the problem. Turned out to be a cracked or collapsed clay sewage pipe in the roadway so the liability is on the HOA or the the community association for all damage sustained! Mike's Plumbing Rocks!
